OUR APPROACH

Make the early work manageable.

Starting a practice is an ambitious project. Clear goals, realistic assumptions, and the right introductions help you make better early decisions.

WHAT WE DO

Practical help at the starting line.

Services are tailored to a project's stage and agreed in a separate engagement when appropriate.

01

Practice concept & goals

Discuss the practice model, intended services, growth plans, approximate timeline, and decisions to make first.

02

Preliminary budgeting

Organize the major cost categories—equipment, fit-out, staffing, professional fees, and working capital—into an early planning framework.

03

Financing readiness

Help frame the project narrative and information that may be useful for an initial conversation with a practice lender.

04

Introductions & next steps

Identify appropriate third-party professionals and, when suitable, introduce clients to participating financing sources.

Our services focus on business planning and introductions. We do not provide clinical, legal, tax, accounting, or licensed design services; we do not make credit decisions or promise loan approval. Licensed professionals and lenders handle work within their respective fields.

YOUR FIRST CONVERSATION

You don't need every answer to get started.

It helps to know what you're aiming to build. We can start with a simple outline rather than a completed business plan.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Frequently asked.

Do I need a completed business plan to reach out?

No. Many conversations start with a practice idea, a target market, and a rough timeline.

Do you provide loans?

No. We are an independent consulting company, not a bank or lender. Financial institutions independently review applications and decide whether to offer credit.

Does the company receive referral fees?

It may, where lawful and under an applicable provider agreement. A lender-paid introduction can create a financial incentive to recommend that lender. We disclose material compensation relationships as appropriate. Read our referral disclosures.

Can I choose my own lender and advisors?

Yes. You're free to choose any lender or professional advisor. You're not required to use an introduced provider.

Do you provide legal or licensing advice?

No. We can help identify questions to raise, but licensed professionals should advise you on applicable laws, professional licensing, ownership restrictions, design, clinical operations, and taxes.
