Our role

Cliveden Veterinary Dental and Healthcare Consulting is a business name used by 160 Cliveden LLC. We provide independent healthcare practice startup consulting, early business planning, and appropriate introductions to third-party service providers. We are not a bank or lender. We do not offer, originate, underwrite, approve, or guarantee financing. Financial institutions make their own credit decisions and determine all rates, terms, and eligibility.

Potential referral compensation

160 Cliveden LLC (using the Cliveden Veterinary Dental and Healthcare Consulting name) may receive a referral fee or other compensation from a lender or third-party provider when we make an eligible introduction. This financial relationship can create an incentive to recommend that provider. Where a material compensated relationship is relevant to a specific introduction, we will disclose it as required before proceeding.

Payment arrangements, eligibility, and required documentation depend on applicable law, lender policy, and the financing program. We do not represent that we have an agreement with any particular institution merely because a bank is mentioned in conversation.

Your freedom to choose

You may seek financing from any lender and are not required to use a provider we introduce. An initial inquiry to us does not obligate you to borrow, purchase any service, or pay a fee. Any separate client-paid consulting scope and fees must be agreed in writing.

No lending commitment

An introduction is not a credit application, commitment to lend, rate quote, or guarantee of approval. Lenders may request information, conduct underwriting, and approve or decline applications independently. Speak directly with the lender about its loan products and terms.

Sensitive information & consent

We do not request sensitive personal financial documents or patient information through this website. Before sharing your contact or project information with a prospective lender or third party, we will obtain your permission as appropriate. Submit applications and sensitive financial documents directly through the financial institution’s approved secure channels.
